Whatcha Waitin' For?

Once you say you're going to settle for second, that's what happens to you in life, I find.

Hey Big Shot - If you have ambitions and aspirations to get your fitness on track...what are you waiting for? Get yourself a calendar (I prefer paper), choose an end-date...a finish line, a pant size, or something else measurable. Circle that date, plaster it with stickers, color it with markers or whatever you need to do. Next, back track on the calendar up to today's date and begin creating your plan. Be reasonable, be realistic, but challenge yourself. 

Keep your goal in front of you - literally. Don't settle for anything less.
